Qualify

Our process for new clients starts with a fit meeting, since not every advisor is a good match for every client. At this meeting, we explain our practice, our backgrounds, how we get compensated, and our investment planning process. We get to know a little about you, your goals and objectives in life, attitude towards the investment planning process, and desire to establish a long-term planning relationship. This meeting allows our practice and you to decide if there is a fit for both sides.

Discover

Once we determine that there is a fit, we have an information gathering meeting. We will engage in an intense and thorough discovery process to uncover all the details of your wealth situation, including strengths, risks and opportunities. We’ll gain a complete understanding of exactly what you want your plan to accomplish.

Define

We take this knowledge and develop a clear investment strategy for you using Wells Fargo Advisors’ Envision® process that focuses on your key issues and lets you know where you stand in reaching your financial goals.  We’ll meet with you to review the preliminary plan, address potential problem areas, and finalize a recommended plan for you.

Execute

Once defined, we put your strategy to work for you. We’ll establish any necessary new accounts, initiate the account transfer process, and provide online access instructions.  We’ll also provide you with your own customized binder, which organizes important information and the details about your specific plan.

Grow

A key part of any customized plan and strength of our Envision® process is the continued monitoring of the plan.  Ongoing periodic reviews helps ensure that your plan remains in alignment with your goals and allow us to make minor adaptations as they change over time. With a structured plan and a process for maintaining it in place, you'll always know what's been done, what's coming next, and that we're taking care of it.
